Swim Practice Dates and Times Changed 6/3/09

• Thursday June 4th 6-8:30
  Friday June 5th 6-8:30
  Monday June 8th 6-8:30
  Tuesday June 9th 6-8:30
  Thursday June 11th Time Trials for new swimmers 6-7:30. Regular practice is cancelled.
  Monday June 15th - July 24th 
  Morning practices.  Mon-Fri 8:30-11:00 am.
• Change:  Time Trials will now be the evening of June 11th.  All new swimmers or swimmers who do not have times from the GVRC 2008 season are required to attend time trials.  Returning GVRC swimmers are not required to attend but can come if they would like to.  Time Trials will be from 6 - 7:30 pm. Regular practice will be cancelled for this night.   Also, we will need several parents to help out with timing. 
• New swim team parents, I will be available the evening of the 11th for any questions regarding swim team following time trials or don't hesitate to send me or Justin an e-mail with any questions.
• We are in need of officials for this summer.  If you are interested in becoming an official, Rick Kroll will be conducting a clinic on Saturday June 6th at GVRC.  The clinic will run from 10-11:30 for stroke and turn officials. 
• Donations of 12 packs of water and 12 packs of Coke or Pepsi products can be brought to the pool anytime now during evening or morning practices.  Please mark them as "Swim Team" with a piece of masking tape or something. We will store them in the garage for use at our home meets. 
• Instead of using the "Gator Box"  this year for communicating with Coach Justin, please e-mail Justin directly.  His e-mail is  stepp.5@wright.edu.
